3 State Harley-Davidson® Service Department is dedicated to quality maintenance and repairs for our customer's bikes. Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in all areas of Harley-Davidson® motorcycle service. Small problems or routine service are likely handled while you wait. In addition to being an excellent all-around motorcycle facility, our people have a particular interest in performance and custom work.

Our Service Department is dedicated to being the best. No service work is considered routine because we take pride in the work we do. This means that when we perform service work, we pride ourselves on the following:

  • A complete explanation of the work to be performed
  • An estimate of the cost involved
  • On time delivery once service is completed
  • Fixed right…the first time!

Another great policy of our Service Department is that if additional work is required, outside of the estimate or if the estimated price has changed significantly, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the changes.

When you pick up your motorcycle we want you to be completely satisfied. And that’s why our Service Department is dedicated to excellence and to serving you.

TECHNICIANS: All technicians have completed or are involved in continuing Harley- Davidson®/PHD technical training, so they are up to date on the latest motorcycle maintenance & repair technology. In other words, they really know what they are doing!

MAINTENANCE: Our facilities are state of the art. The shop contains the latest technological equipment to perform all maintenance and service routines that your Harley-Davidson® would require.

REPAIRS: Repairs are scheduled by appointment, or on a first in - first serviced method. Most repair work can be completed in a timely and efficient manner.

CUSTOMIZATION: All custom work from simple bolt-ons to engine upgrades to wide tire kit installations are performed, in house, by our service staff.

PERFORMANCE: We are able to provide all kinds of performance upgrades for your Harley; exhaust systems, big bore kits, complete race engines and more.

DYNO SERVICE: A Dyno can be used for many applications including the tuning of a Screamin’ Eagle Race Tuner, obtaining horsepower and torque information, and diagnostics assistance. Our dealership utilizes a DynoJet 250i-RT System. It’s features and capabilities are the latest in Dyno technology. It utilizes an Eddy Current load control system, state-of-the-art Atmosphere Sensing Module, and Direct Port technology, giving you the very best in custom tuning. You should except nothing less!

What Is A Master Technician?

A Master Technician is an individual that has completed many levels of training through Harley-Davidson®’s Technicial Training University. And to maintain their "master" status, they must continually stay up to date with ongoing training and testing through Harley-Davidson®. In order to be a Master Technician of this level, you must be an employee at a Harley-Davidson® dealership. 3 State Harley-Davidson® has three Master Technicians!

Digital Technician II

3 State Harley-Davidson® utilizes the proprietary Digital Tech II system for diagnostics, maintenance and software updates. Only Harley-Davidson® dealerships have this technology, which is vital to your bike's longevity.

Yes... your Harley-Davidson® has one, and up to three, computer software systems on board. EFI, Anti-lock Brake Systems (ABS), and Harmon Kardon sound systems all operate on software, Harley-Davidson® is continuously offering refined and updated software versions. When your bike is in for service we check to ensure that your bike has the latest software versions available. Again, this level of service is ONLY available at a Harley-Davidson® dealership.

All The Tools

Our new facility was designed with maintaining your bike in mind. Technicians have access to the lastest tools and equipment, induding direct access to Harley-Davidson®’s technical support team, and a state-of-the-art DynoJet 250i dynometer with eddie current load brake and direct port exhaust gas analyzation. Our machine shop is filled with a high precision Grizzly horizontal lathe, vertical milling machine, Skat bead-blaster, the latest in Lincoln Heli-Arc welding capabilities, and more.

Your Harley-Davidson® is a unique collaboration of old-school, air-cooled, engine technology developed decades ago, and advanced Delphi Sequential Port computerized fuel injection.

Due to this design, your Harley-Davidson® requires considerably more maintenance than many of today's state of the artmachines.

Because of all this, your Harley-Davidson® Service Intervals are MUCH more than an oil change.

Q. Do I have to make an appointment?
A. No. However, making an appointment guarantees prompt attention.

Q. How long will I be without my bike?
A. For most services, our goal is to have your bike done on the same day as your appointment.

Q. How often should I have my Harley-Davidson® Serviced?
A. For most models, a full service should be performed every 5,000 miles and takes only 3 hours.

Q. Do you perform collision repairs?
A. Yes. From minor scratches to complete re-frames.

Q. Can you add any performance to my Harley-Davidson®?
A. DEFINITELY! From simple exhaust system upgrades to extensive engine modifications.
